Army of One Award (PHNAC)

An "Army of One" Nurse must wear many hats!

The Army of One Award is given to an outstanding public health nurse from a single-nurse agency.

The Army of One Award is presented each year at the awards banquet during the fall conference.  Nominations are accepted in the months prior to the conference, and the call for nominations is sent out to all PHNAC members.  To request nomination information, email the chair of the Nomination/Awards Committee.
